When is it possible to sign up for the meeting?
It is possible to sign up from now on, latest possibility: November 30, 2009.

Can the fee for the conference be lowered ?
Since we booked the whole hotel for the conference, we were offered a lump sum. We ask all participants to pay the required contribution of 280,- € to begin with. Later on, regarding incoming donations and additional benefits, we will check if a partial refund is possible and in that case how high the refund is possible.

Will there be bus transportation from Bergisch-Gladbach station to the venue?
On February 23, 2010 there will probably be a bus provided for the ride to the venue, leaving Bergisch-Gladbach station at 14:30 h. The return will be on Friday, February 26, 2010 at about 13:00 h. Please specify your wish for a bus-ride in the registration form.

Which dimensions do the display panels have?
The display panels are 1.40 m wide and 1.20 m high.

Which language will the posters and talks be in?
Posters and talkes should be in German or English. We want to encourage all participants to hand in their contribution in English.

When will the next conference after 2010 take place?
February 22 - February 25, 2011.
